Mechanical-Polishing

We specialize in mechanical polishing, Sanding, Buffing and Brushing of both aluminum and stainless steel either as a pretreatment for our processes or as a stand alone finish.  Our operation is geared to not only buff out minor imperfections but also to do major repair sanding on any number of defects and it encompasses manual to automated buffing, sanding and brushing. 

In fact our philosophy is to tailor our process to specific needs, whether that entails hand, semi automatic, straight line, or fully robotic buffing.

Using mechanical polishing, severe forming or shipping defects can be repaired and many scrap pieces can be salvaged.  Our production experience and capabilities range from small decorative appliance components to heavy truck bumpers.

With over 40 years of experience in mechanical polishing we are able to tailor the process to the work piece, whether that involves utilizing hand polishing or fully automated buffing. In fact we have custom built automated machines to maximize flexibility of the operation to suit requirements.
