A Brief History About Auto Anodics, Inc.
Our 56,000 sq. ft. facility is located in the heart of Michigan's
industrial and technological area, within Port Huron's Industrial
Park. Auto Anodics is strategically situated to serve international
customers. Auto Anodics was constructed in 1979 solely as
an anodizing facility. Since then, the president, Mr. Max
Weiner has expanded it to accommodate electropolish, chrome
flashing, micro-etch and coloring. In addition to its automotive
customers, Auto Anodics, now serves marine, aerospace, pharmaceutical,
architectural, medical and defense concerns.
Auto Anodics received ISO 9000:2001 certification in early
February 2003. During the last recertification audit in October
2006, no nonconformances were found. The management of Auto
Anodics is extremely proactive in its control and disposal
of hazardous waste and has DNR-EPA approval.
Auto Anodics mission is to become the leading single source
metal finisher in America. We strive to do this by both meeting
and exceeding customer appearance and performance specifications.
This is also supplemented by an R&D program to develop
new and innovative finishes.
